The Little Jet Company, a leader in private jet charters based at Gloucestershire Airport, is seeking a highly motivated part-time Ground Operations Assistant to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily flights, providing seamless support to our valued clientele.
This role will be 3 days a week plus every other weekend, and sickness/holiday cover.

What You’ll Do:
• Assist with aircraft pre-departure checks and preparations.
• Coordinate with pilots and ground crews to ensure on-time departures and arrivals.
• Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, handling baggage and ensuring a smooth travel experience.
• Liaise with our preferred partners at airports to arrange landing slots / parking / ground transport for passengers and crew.
• Assist the Ground Operations Manager with flight scheduling, crew FTL monitoring, transport and hotel requirements as and when needed.
• Maintain accurate flight documentation and logs.
• Conduct basic safety and security inspections.
• Support other ground operations tasks as needed.

What We’re Looking For:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced, customer-service oriented environment, preferably in an operations job role
• Experience with Leon and Avinode advantageous but not essential.
• A “can-do” attitude with a strong work ethic and a commitment to safety and security
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, security and organisational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• A valid UK driver’s license
• A passion for aviation
• Ability to work unsociable hours when required.
