The Little Jet Company Ltd will be what’s known as the ‘controller’ of the personal information you provide to us. We hold your name, address, date of birth, telephone number and any email address.
Why we need your data
We only use the information you have provided to deliver our services to you. We do not keep any other data about you we do not need to provide these services.
What we do with your data
All the personal information you provide to us is entered onto a secure database by our own staff. Our database is held in the UK and no third parties can access this data unless the law allows them to do so. We have a Data Protection regime in place to oversee the effective and secure processing of your personal data.
How long we keep your data
We will keep your basic personal data (name, address, contact details) for a minimum of 8 years after which time it will be destroyed. We may occasionally ask you to confirm your information is correct and we will do this by email.
What are your rights?
If at any point you believe the information we hold on you is incorrect you can request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you can contact us to have the matter investigated.

What we would also like to do with your data
We would however like to use your name, address, telephone number and email address to inform you of any items we feel may be of interest to you e.g. newsletters or to obtain service feedback. We also hold this information in order to carry out administration tasks within our operations and account department. This information is not shared with third parties and you can unsubscribe at any time via phone, letter, email or our website.
